It was the worst course I have ever done. Does not deserve even one star First of all, people in groups have different levels. Secondly, lessons don’t have any structure, the whole time we were simply doing printed exercises from books, which you can easily do on your own at home and then check if it was correct. So, if you want some speaking practice- forget it. Once we learned Nomen-Verb-Verbindungen (like how learned? Actually we just did some exercises again and called that a day). On the next session we didn’t have any revision of previously learned material, no tests, no related homework, nothing. At some point I wanted to have a refund, after I explained my reasons. They promised me in the office, that they are going to speak with the teacher and well… something changed. The next time during the lesson, we got asked if we want to speak about something! In my world a teacher should come prepared for a lesson and have already a plan of how and when we can practice our communication skills. If I would know what to do and how to learn the language I would be a German teacher. I can write a whole book on how disappointed I am about this course. Don’t make my mistake and avoid this place.

If you're just arrived in Vienna, and you're searching for a place to learn Deutsch, THIS is the place for you. When I started the A1 kurs, I didn't know what to expect, 'cause I was not a fan of this language. But I started to make good progress from the beginning, and the more I was learning, the more I wanted to learn. Just try it and you'll agree with me. Higly recommended!
Great for absolute beginners and profis alike! We are very happy with the experience! My husband did an absolute beginner course; and I attended some courses for perfecting advanced German, for use in the workplace. My husband had zero background in German, and had great difficulties in pronouncing certain German letters. In just one month he went 'from zero to hero': at the end of his first half of A1 course (1 month) he got the hang of the basic communication, the teacher managed to correct his pronunciation errors, and he got a good basis in grammar. So much so that German didn't seem scary any more, and he was happy to continue with further levels. He especially enjoyed the small group size, which made for a more personal learning experience and meant he received more support from the teacher; and a nice mix of ages and nationalities, which made it interesting to chat (in German) during coffee breaks. The location in the city centre is also very convenient. Myself, I attended several writing workshops, and had some one-on-one lessons to perfect my existing conversation skills. All in all, we are very happy with the mix of personal approach and professional teaching that this language school offers!
