Absolutely beautiful shop with remarkable pieces for design. Like the chandelier at lower floor. Lots of jewellery choice available. Also phone related stuff. Three floors. Very good customer service. The reason i give four stars is because at checkout the lady from older age did not have patience for me. I asked her a question twice because i did not hear the answer and she got annoyed and carried on being annoyed. It made me very uncomfortable to ask more questions. It kind of left a sore in my mouth

The largest range of Swarovski crystals anywhere with a small museum selection in the basement. I'm not sure why anyone would want to buy anything here that you can buy in the many Swarovski stores globally, but you can certainly do that. As far as I could tell, prices are just a little lower than retail prices elsewhere. And the shop seems to be always packed with tourists, which wasn't fun. What was really impressive though were the artistic window displays which were magnificent. They are commissioned and probably periodically changed for this particular outlet. It's worth coming just to see how they set this shop up!
