Had a fantastic time here for my birthday. They have two rooms for the same escape room so you can split your group into two teams to compete against each other (my team won!). The staff is super friendly. They have silly costumes that you can wear for the photos after you get out of the rooms. Also, they serve sparkling wine, if you're in the mood to celebrate :) Definitely recommend!

Possibly the absolute worst cusomer service I've come across in my life. We're talking Lufthansa levels of lack of patience and willingness to listen. I was never allowed to finish a sentence when on the phone with one of their representatives. I was in town for 3 days, and wanted to do this with some friends when 2 in the gang got really ill. We called within 24 hours of the planned game start, thinking we might get the money refunded as any resonable company would do, or failing that get it changed to a voucher as I'm not in Wien that often. Instead I was treated with utmost contempt, only given the option to pick another date (specific date mind you), or pay 30 on top of the booking cost to cancel (which is more expensive than not showing up). I was also told not to do this over the phone, and that "the webpage clearly states that you can not do this over the phone and only via mail". In fact this is a quote from the webpage: "Bitte kontaktiere unser Team entweder telefonisch oder per Mail. Wir helfen dir gerne weiter", under the rebooking section. My german might not be A-level, but even I see it says "by phone or mail". I do not appreciate being lied to. Btw: the mail had been written several hours earlier, and when we didn't receive a reply, we figured it would just be polite to call and give them time to get other bookings.

Check the video on how to reach the office because its inside the building not on the road, it was a great experience, A little complicated but we enjoyed ! We reached in the last minute and it was our last night in vienna and the lady was very kind , so she tried to make it possible for us play. Am 22.08. waren wir zu zweit bei Time Trap und haben den Raum 3.Mann gebucht. Der Mitarbeiter, Armin? hat uns super freundlich und hoch professionell durch den Raum geführt, welchen wir im Endeffekt mit Hilfe, knapp, aber immerhin noch in der Zeit, geschafft haben! Ein großes Lob an dieser Stelle! Wir kommen sicher wieder, aber dann zu 3!
