If you are looking for christmas decoration or something nice for your christmas tree, you will definitely find something in the store. However, I asked for an individual offering which includes Christmas tree and decoration (including delivery and on-site services) with clear expectations. Therefore I spent with the owner of the shop more as one hour and chose the kind, size and color of decoration for my Christmas tree and further decoration (table and terrace). After several mails and offerings, not once my wishes and requests were fulfilled. After questioning in details (one week ago), it seems the owner stopped the mail conversation with me (no reply received). Not the kind of service which had been presented in the shop and far below my expectations. All in all, I had clear requests which were never met (one of several examples: I asked for Christmas balls in champagne rose and received gold ones in the offering \u003e in the shop, all had been communicated like there would be no issues and all my requests will be fully met…). Next to it, the first offering (which was not complete) took more as 2 weeks (after several mails from my side, when I will receive it) \u003e by far too long. All in all I lost several weeks and time, which I could used different. No recommendation from my side. Luckily I found another option, where my wishes seems to be fulfilled.

What a lovely store! We were on vacations for the Vienna Christmas Markets, coming from Portugal and we found one the most beatiful Christmas stores in the world. Congratulations and keep up that Christmas spirit!

Being at the Wiener Christmas Salon reminds me to Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. It is such a dreamy place. I got the salon really under my skin! :-)
