We all know it: It's late at night, dark outside and we want to go home. We call a taxi and ask a woman to drive us, but only 3 women are on duty that night. We wait over half an hour on line until a driver becomes available. Why do we prefer female drivers? Uncertainty, fear, unpleasant and traumatic experiences that are mentioned in newspaper reports. Thanks to the new app WOTA, which will be launched in summer 2019, women can use taxi services carefree. Even anxious parents no longer have to worry about their daughters, because at WOTA the drive is safe.
