I can't assess their chocolate because the saleswoman was so unfriendly when I asked her about the sweets. But one thing is clear: the service was definitely lamentable!

Amazing shop. Very friendly & helpful staff, but be warned you will be bankrupt by the time you leave, lol.
Its so big and the people there are super friendly
We visited the Xocolat chocolatier within the Palais Ferstel passage at Freyung Square in Vienna and very much enjoyed the chocolate bars purchased here. This is an attractive chocolatier and place that sells delicious chocolates. You'll find a counter with individual chocolates and truffles. The rest of the shop is filled various chocolate sets, boxes and bars. There is an extra downstairs room full of local and foreign chocolate bars. There were some interesting Easter chocolates and displays during our visit. We purchased small boxes of dark, milk, blonde and white chocolate as well as a couple bars of dark chocolate. We particularly enjoyed the dark chocolate w/ coffee bean. Everything was very good, worth recommendation and a return visit. Very pleased with our visit to Xocolat, a place we will make sure to return to during our next trip to Vienna.
Located inside the passage of Palais Ferstel. A Chocolate Shop that looks like it is right out of a fairy tale book. Such a great variety of tastes, colors in a lovely ornamental shop
Huge selection of quality chocolates and definitely worth a visit by any chocolate lovers or if you looking gifts for friends back home.
After being gifted some of their beautiful truffles, I went to buy my own. It was in a small alleyway in a place I had never been to before which is interesting. I was able to fit in the shop with my baby stroller. Two assistants were mildly friendly. I bought two boxes, a dozen each. My server helped me choose from the alcohol free truffles as per my request. When I was finished picking, I saw some interesting flavours under another piece of glass and asked what they were and she offered to let me sample one for free. It was truly one of the most delicious chocolates I've ever tasted. I sadly cannot remember the name but it was a plain chocolate, nothing else mixed in. As the price is high for a hand made good quality chocolate, it is a treat.
This is a wonderful chocolate shop hidden away in a tiny alleyway in the inner stadt. The shop looks small from the outside but has two levels of fine local and imported chocolate products. Service is excellent and we were able to find some lovely items. They also sell insulated cooler bags for a few euros so you don’t have to worry about your chocolate melting.
