Great service from Mrs. Fuchs. She called another WMF store in Vienna to find us a specific product, which they didn’t have in stock and she did her best to serve us. We didn’t have the same service in central store in Stephanplatz !! Great staff !!

I bought a cookware set in this store which was at a reduced price plus had a couple of extra pots for free. The seller told me that I would in addition benefit from an extra 20% off, as it was the case for all pots in the store. Because of that I made my choice for this model. When he gave me my receipt the price didn't show the extra 20% off but he told me I would get the discount when I come back to collect the set and pay for it. When I came back a few days after I was told that the discount is not valid because there has already the two free pots offer on it. I wasn't offered any apology for the mistake or they didn't try to find out who gave me the wrong information. I don't think they believed my story. The pots look nice anyway (haven't used they much yet) but I will not go back to that store.
