WiN members are men and women working in the nuclear field, who believe that they have a modest but important role to play in ensuring that nuclear energy and its applications remain safe and peaceful. WiN is a strong advocate of the advancement of qualified women in the nuclear and radiation professions. Established in 1998, the IAEA Chapter of WiN aims at establishing and maintaining a network for women working at the IAEA and other Vienna International Centre (VIC)-based organizations, enabling them to exchange knowledge and experience towards advancing their role in the nuclear field.
