Simple accommodation but very clean with modern equipment. The reception stays open late at night so it was easy to check in even though my train arrived quite late. There was ensuite shower with basic amenities (a soap bar and shower gel). The breakfast was better than expected, bread, cereals, youghurt, several kinds of jam, even fresh tomatoes and cucumber, and a choice of hot drinks. The bike room is rather a fenced open garage so I was a bit unsure about the safety of my bike but there are bikes parked everywhere on the streets of Innsbruck so no one would probably bother getting in.

Great support and reliability Al what u need. Maybe a bit pricey, but I think it is in the round for hostel in big cities. Price on google maps are wrong, I payed 28 on a shared room

Amazing! I paid for a room with 6 beds, but lived alone in a double. I like the windows in my room, the view, the interior, rooms for reading and watching TV, the kitchen is great. Breakfast was very tasty and there was a good choice of food. The cleaning girls were really considerate, they came every day and asked whether I wanted them to clean up (I didn't, but they still did it). Other staff were really helpful and friendly. People who stayed there were also very good and caring about others. Drawbacks: far from the city centre, wifi doesn't work well in my room, but it worked well in the common areas, the radiator didn't work properly, it was very cold in my room (201). All in all, it is 5/5. Thank you!

Cloth (night dress) “stolen” by the cleaning woman!!! Got it back but DIRTY. They were not willing to pay for a cleaning... uhhh Counter personal IS HARSH. NO EXCUSE! RUDE! Responsible person avoids to get in personal contact... VERY BAD MANAGEMENT! Avoid this place! PS: even the eggs are odd. PS: THEY ARE AGAINST. NATURE! CUT ALL TREE BACK TO GROUND !!!

Cheap compared to other places in Innsbruck, but not worth it. Slept in a two bedded room (twice) that wasn't very clean. The staff was not very friendly and was quite chaotic. They made some mistakes in our booking because of their hand written administration. During all the chaos, my ID card was still in possession of the staff. They told me that they wanted to keep it for the deposit of the key, but they didn't ask! The worst thing about this is that they do not even keep all the ID cards in a safe (or locked away). You can also give 50 euros, but they did not provide us with that information at first. As said before, the room was quite dirty. There is a very old carpet on the wall (which obviously can't be cleaned) next to both beds. The floor was not clean and there were a lot of hairs in the shower. On top of all this, in the morning at 9:30 the cleaner opened our room with the key. This was very strange, because we did not bring back our key yet (as they could see in the unsafe deposit administration) and we still had time untill 10:00 to check out.

decent hostel, well connected with the buses. But if you want to walk from the city centre or the train station it is a long long walk. the dining area was clean and well lit. A decent breakfast spread was given. you can get wifi only in the lounge and not i your rooms. one thing that is disappointing is the lack of power outlets for your phones and gadgets. They had provided us with a small extension, and the only power socket was near the entrance of the room. the bathroom on the second floor does not have a lock, so that was scary. I checked on the first floor, fortunately they had the locks. Toilets could have been cleaner.

It's a cheap hostel, don't expect much. It is quite out of the way from the sightseeing however the tram stops exactly in front of it so access downtown is extremely easy. Definitely get a double room if you can to have more privacy over a largely shared room. Breakfast was quite nice, beds weren't too uncomfortable. Good for people traveling on a budget.
