Bought my very first brand-new bike (a Husky) there and everything went pretty well! Very easy and fast communication; a very dedicated and motivated team; and even tough I never was in their shop (because I'm living not even close to Salzburg) I always felt well informed and very welcomed. At the end the bike was also delivered to my place, which saved me a lot of time and travels through Austria. To summarise, definitely can recommend this shop without any regrets!

I brought them my bike for the pickerl and they kindly gave me the blue plate since it was not insured yet, they seemed very helping. i asked if there was any fee for lending me the blue plate and they said no...but apparently when i picked up the bike they had to change brake liquid so they charged 70 euros more. (crazy price for an oil change anyway) fun fact, i rode the bike there before the pickerl and brakes were working perfectly, especially because it was serviced during winter, i checked the oil conditions personally and it was clean and fresh in both reservoirs front and rear. when i asked why before doing that they did not call me or emailed me, he said they must do it and it would have been complicated...funny excuse. i paid just because i needed the plate again to bring it home. this is not a professional way to behave, this is not how to treat new customers.
Clearly 5 stars! Second bike purchase from lad and I could not be more satisfied as a customer ... Advice, purchase, contact all on the top standards!!! Real biker shop!!! Quick and easy deal! Hope to meet lads in future.

I am touring around Austria on my 990 SMT and my rear break pops out. On a Saturday! I called these guys and they fixed it, in 15 min (emergency fix) for a very reasonable price, parts included! Thanks for helping me continue my trip! The shop is awesome too, if you are a KTM guys :D
