The haughty mood of the tenant couldn't ruin our beautiful day in Niederthai. When one pretends to open a restaurant, welcoming hosts by listing the food not available (in the freezer?)doesn't look very engaging... Definitely the part of the picture to erase from the beautiful picture of Niederthai

We were welcomed very friendly, the staff was making us feeling home immediately. We were seated and the owner came by to say hi. The Poststuberl has been a post office in history and now is a restaurant with soon an own brewery. Currentlty the beer is being brewed in the brewery not far away... The beer is nice and makes you want to drink another one. Right before our visit we've been to the smithy and over there we could see parts of the brewing kettles meant to come in the Poststuberl. The food is priced fairly and the quality is excellent! I would have liked to get a bit more, but it was certainly not too small (and if I like to have got more then it's a sign that I liked it, isn't it?) We've tried several meals: all very good! One advice: make sure that you have made a reservation: there is almost no chance getting a table by just going there. Thanks very much for the hospitality and the good meal and beer!

Sehr gut geschmeckt.
Jedes Jahr verbringen wir eine winterliche Woche in Niederthai. Auf dem Plan steht definitiv ein Besuch des Ötztaler Brauhauses. Nun gut, über das Bier kann ich nichts sagen, da ich kein Alkohol trinke, aber das Essen und die Gastfreundschaft und überhaupt das gesamte Paket ist definitiv eine Visite wert! Kulinarisch auf dem Punkt. Ich liebe gutes Essen und das bekommt man definitv auf dem Teller serviert. Keine Masse, dafür Klasse! Daumen hoch!!!

Der Gastgeber ist nicht lustig, er hat die Themen mit anderen Gästen laut diskutiert, kommentiert und in geschickter Art u. Weise hat lustig auch über seine Gäste gemacht. Er hat zu viel Show gemacht und beim Abschied hat nur den Kopf genickt.. Alles wirkt etwas arrogant und hat „Fake freundlich“ Image. Das Essen: irgendwo hat es geschmeckt, aber es war extrem fettig.. Sterne - fürs Bier, Käse, Paprikamarmelade! Spitze!! Richtig gut!
Die Gnädige und das rote Märzen Das erste und zweite Bier meines Lebens, das ich nicht getrunken sondern in den ausguss geschüttet hab. Viel zu viel Rauchmalz und schreckliche Färbung - mehr Milchkaffee als Bier....
