The store with the best service there is. Entering the store we wanted to buy a baby stroller, we got explanations from some sellers how to use the baby stroller, who we wanted to order were told we were out of stock and it was only in shipping. We don't live in Austria so that was a problem for us. The store owner tried to find a solution for us, tried to help in every way and even sent us to buy from competitors only we would be satisfied. This is by far the best store I have visited with such good people who just want to help their customers. Thank you so much!!

Could not have been happier with the service here. The sales representative helped us tremendously by showing us the product we were interested in, by going into great detail. The store helped us fill out our tax-free forms with all the required documentation.

Great selection of products and brands on offer, shockingly poor customer service. I shopped in the store a few times for children's gifts. I like the brands the store carries and the store is local to me. However after my last visit I decided that I will not be supporting a business that can't get even the basics of the customer service right. For the kind of prices the store charges, I expect some kind of customer service and manners. Every time I shopped there the staff was disinterested and rude. Admittedly I was not dropping hundreds of euros like some other customers in the store so maybe I was not deserving of a basic courtesy. By the way, I did not expect a red carpet to be rolled out for me. A hello, thank you when I paid and good bye would suffice. I am amazed that people still think that they can get away with this kind of attitude in 2017. There are plenty of online and brick and mortar stores that carry the same brands and I will be taking my custom there. Two stars in my review are for the products.
