After a long experience of periodic blood tests here, I consider myself qualified to leave an informed review. Each and every time, they have been extremely nice (like in, they don't need to be that nice, but they are anyway and that's lovely!), very fast (I never had to sit and wait for more than just some minutes), young and modern (one of these few places where they know how to work with new technologies and can send the results via an online website if you want). The facilities are also nice, clean, modern and suitable for the purpose. I never found it crowded, after a lot of visits, but I assume this depends on the time, day and corona situation now. In sum: 100% recommended.

A very professional and friendly place with great processes defined for the patients, resulting in a very quick and little time consuming visit. A very appealing lab to the eyes, at the same time.
Wonderful, respectful staff, everything went super fast and the results were available online within 2 working days.
Unfriendly, rude and almost disrespectful staff. Don’t go there within one hour of their opening times because chances are they’ll have left early. Don’t expect your results to be ready when they say either.

Super schnell und freundlich. Bin zum Antikörper Test ca. um 07:30 Uhr an einem Wochentag dort gewesen. Innerhalb von 5 Minuten war ich angemeldet und dann auch schon wieder draußen. Hatte nicht mal Zeit den Mantel auszuziehen, da wurde ich schon aufgerufen. ;-) Der Herr bei der Blutabnahme war auch sehr nett und hat mich während der Blutabnahme abgelenkt, da ich Angst vor Spritzen habe und diesbezüglich recht wehleidig bin. ;-) Wenn ich also wieder mal einen Test brauche, gehe ich sicher dort hin!
Covid19 Antikörper-Test hat super funktioniert. War am Samstag um 10 Uhr im Labor und konnte mich ohne Wartezeit und Voranmeldung testen lassen. Das Personal ist freundlich und professionell. Das Ergebnis hab ich aber erst etwas später als die angegebenen 48h bekommen.
Total bemüht mit Kindern... Wir standen heute in der Warteschlange und eine Dame vom Labor hat mich angesprochen, ob das Kind schläft, als ich verneinte, durften wir sofort mitkommen... Die Damen dort auch alle rundum bemüht und einfühlsam...
