I have been to many Fielmann shops, including the ones in Germany so far. I always go to the Fielmann in Mariahilfer Straße although we have another Fielmann on Landstrasse Hauptstrasse but it is full of unfriendly people, don't know why!. In the one in Mariahilfer st. I feel more comfortable and being taken care of professionally. Though sometimes, especially in the afternoon hours, this shop becomes very crowded and at that time it is possible that the Fielmann \Colleagues\ do not find enough time to take care of you. However, in general, sooner or later, someone approaches you and asks if you need any help. This happened to us yesterday evening. It was 18:40, 20 minutes before shop's closing, we needed to select the types of glasses for a friend and I was concerned that we would not manage. At that moment came Ms Lisa Müller with a big smile on her face and started to help us select the product. She is a true professional, calm and knowledgeable person. She took care of our friend with a genuinely friendly manner and helped her to select the best option. When we had finished, it was already 19:30 and imagine the shop closes at 19:00. She gave us all a very good impression that Fielmann can be proud of having such a great person and a true professional working for them. Danke nochmals dear Lisa.

I was left waiting for ages and nobody took care of me. when I asked what the problem is I was told somebody took already care of me. I answerd obviously not since I am still here. I was disappointed about the lack in service. In every other opticians I received better service. Won't buy anything here.

When you want to try on some glasses they won’t help you or even let you touch the glasses. When I wanted to try sunglasses, I was ignored by multiple employees and even stared at awkwardly. Maybe they treat asians like that only.
