I definitely do not recommend this shop to anyone. Believe me they will be nice when they are selling the stuff but when you have a real problem they are not going to help you and they are going to be aggressive and accuse you for not taking caring of the product. I have a really bad experience with this business. Last June 19 th of June 2017 I bought a 2 Carl Zeiss superb lenses from them and also a silhouette frame in total it costed for me 590 euro. I like the frame that I am using but with the lenses I had a problem It is very hard to clean them. It gets dirty so easily then you have to spend 5 minutes to clean the lens and even a small touch on the lens needs a special cleaning you will not get a clear view unless you clean it well. Also in my case the lenses caused me a headache. Since I know Zeiss and their customer satisfaction policy. I went this shop to tell my problems. First time I visited them for the problems. Person who is in the shop was looking my glasses cleaning with alcohol because He couldn't clean it with just cleaning paper. He was rubbing so hard and after that It was clean but I saw a scratch on the lens. He said he is sorry he offered me to change the lens and also gave me free cleaning wipe and a solution. But since I needed the glasses that week. I said I will come back later I need the glasses. Today when I went there he refused everything and said there is no guarantee. He acted like that incident never happened and said that I did the scratch. He didn't do anything. How this kind of lying, aggressive, rude Person can interact and deal with the customers. It is very hard to understand. My recommendation is stay away from this shop and never do any kind of interaction with them. Very unfortunate

Nettes Geschäft mit toller Beratung. Das Geschäft ist nicht wirklich groß, hat dafür aber eine gute Auswahl. Die MitarbeiterInnen sind sehr kompetent und beraten freundlich. Preislich wirken die Angebote fair.

Wir haben eine Persolbrille als Gleitsichtbrille gekauft. Die Beratung und auch der Preis und die Qualität sind 1A. Auch die erste Brille von hier ist sehr gut. Der Optiker stellte auch schon Brillen von mir ein, die nicht von Ihm sind. Das Service ist hervorragend, daher die Bewertung.
Sehr gute Betreuung. Qalität sehr hoch.
