Just picked up my new glasses and Im more than happy with them. The staff was really kind, helpful and they all know what they are doing. Really great staff! It takes about 10 business days for your glasses to arrive. They are reasonably priced and you can try all of them as normal glasses as well as sunglasses.

It was really a pleasure to try, choose and buy the glasses. Very nice staff, good price and elegant location. The best thing is the recycling concept of the 3D-models that can be chosen in different sizes. I'm happy to have VIU Eyewear in Vienna - the design of the glass collection is also great!

Coole Brillen und super Service!
Heute nach Terminvereinbarung meine zweite Brille bei VIU besorgt, wie beim ersten Mal super Service. Meine erste Brille von VIU (THE VOYAGER) trage ich seit 3 Jahren, hat kaum Kratzer bis heute bekommen und ich benutze kein Etui. Bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Service und den Produkten. Top.
Das Service ist gut, das Design der Brillenfassungen hatte mich besonders gefallen. Aber bei VIU werden leider nur billige No-Name Gläser (Swissoptik und Optivision) eingesetzt, mit den Gläsern bin ich überhaupt nicht zufrieden, sichtlich schmaleres Blickfeld als meine alte Brille. Die Werkstatt von VUI schaffte nicht die Gläser richtig zu schleifen, ich habe ein Mal die Gläser austauschen müssen, weil ich auf der Seite nicht scharf sehen konnte, wenn ich zum Beispiel nach links schaue ohne meinen Kopf zu bewegen. Bei den Ersatzgläser konnte ich dann im unteren Bereich der Glasmitte nicht scharf sehen! (rechtes Glas, wenn ich nach unten sehe) Daher wird die Brille zurückgegeben, So viele Zeit verschwendet für nichts.
