My girlfriend and I both needed to buy new glasses / contact lenses. We definetly are very happy with Gollhofer Optik. Such an xcellent customer service! We interacted with 5 staff members, and they were all great professionals, and very friendly. They even called us a few weeks later to check how we were doing with our glasses! AAA shop!

Gollhofer Optik really saved the day for me (actually about 2 weeks). I am traveling from the USA and lost my eyeglasses yesterday. Using the prescription from my sunglasses, they were able to make me a new pair in only a few hours. I had been told elsewhere that it would be 3 or 4 days. I love the eyeglasses and really love their courteous and prompt service. I highly recommend!

Absolut perfekt und ein großartiger Service Ich habe meine an der Fassung gerissene Sonnenbrille um 15h dort angegeben. Eine Reparatur für kleines Geld war möglich . Um 17h konnte ich die Brille wieder abholen. Sehr gut repariert und die Bügel ebenfalls nachgezogen. Großartiger Service für kleines Geld. Vielen Dank nochmal an's Team
Die Beratung war sehr professionell durch äußerst kompetente Mitarbeiter! Ich bin sehr zufrieden, da die Mitarbeiter auf den Kundenwunsch eingehen und durch ihr geschultes Auge offen ihre Meinung äußern. Außerdem pflegen sie einen sehr freundlichen Umgang mit dem Kunden.
