DO NOT ORDER FROM EDELOPTICS! What happened: 1. I ordered sunglasses from Edeloptics. 2. The sunglasses that were delivered did not exactly match the photos on the website. 3. After I contact them, Edeloptics apologized for the mistake and asked me to return back the sunglasses so they can send me the right model. 4. I sent back the sunglasses. 5. I received an email that they don't have the right model so I can choose between receiving a refund or having the sunglasses that were initially delivered sent back. 6. I answered that I don't want a refund, but the sunglasses. 7. I received a refund. 8. Edeloptics apologized for the mistake and said that I can purchase the sunglasses again. However, the price was already higher. 9. I refused to pay a higher price for the sunglasses. Edeloptics never answered my email again.

Hatte für meinen Freund eine Sonnenbrille zum Geburtstag bestellt. Laut Angaben auf der e Website sollte die Lieferzeit bei ca. 2 Wochen liegen. Nach 3 Wochen habe ich dann mal nachgefragt und mir wurde eine Lieferung bis 1.7. zugesagt. Habe die Bestellung bis heute nicht erhalten und auch keine Info dazu erhalten. Die Bestellung wurde heute von meiner Seite storniert.
Finger weg! Lieferzeiten werden trotz Express-Aufpreis nicht eingehalten, Support nicht vorhanden. Geht aktuell zum Anwalt.

Habe heute meine optische Brille bekommen und muss sagen alles war perfekt. Schnelle Lieferung trotz Feiertage. Brille passt perfekt. Sehr zu frieden!!!
Brillen bestellt, dann die Info bekommen, dass sie Ende des Monats (habe Anfang des Monats bestellt) kommen. Lamge Wartezeit aber ok. Ende des Monats keine Info, keine Brillen. Auf Nachfrage meinerseits bekam ich die Info dass die Brillen in einem Monat verfügbar sind. Äh.. Ich bestell doch nicht Anfang Jänner, damit ich die Brillen Ende Februar mal evtl zum probieren bekomme. Habe storniert und bestelle dort nie wieder.
